Log into your Varni India account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the 'Return/Exchange' option for the specific electronic item within 7 days of delivery.
Quality Inspection
Pack the product securely in its original box; our courier partner will conduct a preliminary check of the device's physical condition and serial number during pickup.
Product Pickup
Once the request is approved, a pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours from your registered address at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes the final technical evaluation, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
